From our experience we know WMS software alone doesn’t fix all problems and provide improvement, without people supporting change and the right processes in place. This is why we only offer BladeFS as a complete fulfilment system.
BladeFS was developed by i-Fulfilment from 20 years of experience as an ecommerce fulfilment business. With over 7 sites and 1m+ orders a year, the team that built BladeFS know the daily challenges of running a fulfilment business. BladeFS combines established ways of working and the BladePRO WMS platform which was developed in-house for i-fulfilment.

Yes. It’s really important that we understand everything about your business before we can recommend how to help you improve. We use the Review as a deep dive into your current People approach, Processes and the software you have in place that then informs your PILOT project plan.
We already integrate our BladePRO WMS with a number of other software platforms - including e-commerce, marketplaces, finance and shipping and offer API configuration if we don’t already have an integration set up. When we conduct your REVIEW we’ll get really clear on what tech needs to work together
We offer both Monthly and Annual subscription payments but our agreements are for a minimum of 12 months (24 months to start). REVIEWS and PILOTS are a set price.
During your PILOT phase, you will have an Account Manager as your first point of contact for any questions, queries or Support issues. You will also have standard access to the Support desk once you are running the BladePRO platform (office hours).
There is also an option to upgrade your Support contract for faster response times, and out of hours contact.
